What is the warranty policy on Rip Curl watches?
All Rip Curl watches are covered by a limited warranty that includes 5 years on movements, 2 years on water resistance, and 1 year on batteries from the date of purchase.
How long does shipping take for surfboards?
Due to their size and fragile nature, surfboards are shipped via specialized couriers. Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I return an item if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Products must be in original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear must have the hygiene seal intact.
